The paintings shown on this website are my original works. The photograph images shown of all works for sale are of a high quality, professional standard; and can be trusted as an authentic representation of the original painting as it will appear when you receive it. (Please be aware that monitors sometimes show a slight variation in colour, depending on how they are calibrated.)

Purchases & Delivery

Purchases are made through this website, via credit/debit card. (We not store any of your card details.)

On completion of your purchase, you will receive an automated order confirmation.

Your painting will be securely packaged and insured; and will be express shipped to you within 10 days of purchase. (It will require a signature on delivery.) This is all included in the price. (Please note that we do not cover any import duties which may be levied by the destination country.)

Once shipped, you will be sent your tracking information by email.

Returns

For your peace of mind, Ian is happy to offer you a full refund if you are not 100% satisfied with your painting when it arrives. Please get in touch within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that, the artwork must be returned in its original condition, in the original packaging and via tracked post. This must be done at your own expense and we cannot be held liable for lost packages. On safe receipt, you will be refunded through your original payment method.

In the exceptionally rare case that artwork arrives damaged, please notify us immediately, including photographs of the damage.

REPRODUCTIONS

All reproductions are printed on premium grade canvas (unless otherwise stated or requested). The print quality is exceptional (1200 x 2400 dots per inch), and I have personally compared the reproduction with the original to ensure I’m satisfied with both the quality and accuracy.

Purchases & Delivery

On completion of your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email; and then a further email when your order has been shipped. (As each reproduction is printed to order, please allow up to 10 working days.) This email will contain your shipment tracking information.

Your unframed reproduction will be securely packaged, insured and sent via registered express post (and will require a signature on delivery). This is all at our expense. For all international orders, please note that we do not cover any import duties which may be levied by the destination country.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your new Ian Mastin reproduction, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery.

If a refund is the preferred resolution, please return the print in its original condition, in the original packaging and via tracked post. Please note that we cannot be held liable for lost packages. On safe receipt, you will be refunded through your original payment method.
